Vijimech Vibro Screen are used in polymer masterbatch industry to remove over size granules / chips before being fed to the extruder or processing .
The machine is also used for processing of PET flakes while reprocessing of Plastic waste after washing.
For Rotomoulding / rotational molding in HDPE Tank Industry it is used for sieving of the HDPE chips to remove unwanted oversize and under size particles.
Vijimech Vibroscreens are used or sieving of PVC resin or compound after cooler/mixer to remove lumps, unmixed material and foreign material. The vibrating screen can be used online and offline.
This is also called Filler Compound Classifier and is used for Removing Lumps or Long Strands and Chips, Dusting or Undercut before being sent for Extrusion.
